高危妊娠监护与管理的探讨

目的 :探讨产科对高危孕产妇进行监护、管理和早期干预的意义。方法 :在妊娠确定后的孕妇初诊时 ,通过详细询问病史 ,体格检查 ,常规化验 ,从中发现具有危险因素的对象 ,进行登记、建卡、干预、追踪等动态观察。结果 :我院通过 5年来的高危妊娠管理、控制了高危因素的发展 ,提高了产科质量、保障母婴健康和安全分娩。结论 :孕期必须及时、准确地筛查出高危对象 ,并且实施系统化的管理

Surveillance and Management of High- risk Pregnant Women

Objective: To investigate the methods of surveillance,management and early intervention for high-risk pregnant women.Methods:When the pregnant women first visited to the hospital,they were examined in detail and normal blood test was recorded to screen the high-risk case,and high-risk group was selected by analyzing the situation .For this group dynamic observation was also given through register,checks-up,intervention and follows-up. Results: High-risk pregnant management was performed in the 5 years in our hospital, in the result the development of high-risk factors was controlled. It was effective to improve obstetrics quality and secure women and infant in health. Conclusions: High-risk factors of pregnancy must be screened correctly and instantly to protect the pregnant women from the effects of them.
