微量元素硒对宁夏枸杞幼苗营养物质积累和抗逆性的影响

摘    要:目的研究微量元素硒对宁夏枸杞幼苗营养物质积累和抗逆性的影响。方法将30株幼苗随机分为3组:对照组、亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)0.1 mg.kg-1组和Na2SeO31.0mg.kg-1组,每组10株。分别采用蒽酮法、Folin-酚法、硫代巴比妥酸法测定可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛MDA的含量,用电导仪测定幼苗的电解质渗透率。结果Na2SeO30.1 mg.kg-1组可以使枸杞幼苗可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量得到提升,与对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);Na2SeO31.0 mg.kg-1组与对照组相比可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量有显著提升(P<0.01)。Na2SeO30.1 mg.kg-1组枸杞幼苗的MDA含量和植株的电解质渗透率降低,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);Na2SeO31.0 mg.kg-1组枸杞幼苗的MDA含量和电解质渗透率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论Na2SeO3能够提高宁夏枸杞幼苗中营养物质的积累,降低幼苗MDA含量及其电解质渗透率,从而增强宁夏枸杞的抗逆性。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of trace element selenium on the accumulation of nutrient substance and the stress resistance of lyclum barbarum 1. seedlings. Methods Thirty lycium barbarum 1. seedlings were randomly divided into three groups:control group,sodium selenite(Na2SeO3) 0.1 mg · kg^-1 group and Na2SeO3 1.0 mg · kg^-1 group. Each group was 10 Lycium barbarum seedlings. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde were determined by anthrone method, Foiln-hydroxybenzene method, thiobarbituric acid method respectively. Penetrance of electrolyte was measured by conductometer. Results 0. 1 mg · kg^-1 Na2SeO3 could increase the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein significantly comparing with those of control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein of 1.0 mg · kg^-1 group increased very significantly comparing with those of control group( P 〈 0.01 ). 0.1 mg· kg^-1 Na2SeO3 could decrease the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and penetrance of electrolyte of lycium barbarum 1. seedlings, but the difference was not significant comparing with those of control group( P 〉 0.05 ). 1.0 mg · kg^-1 Na2SeO3 could decrease the content of MDA and penetrance of electrolyte of lycium barbarum 1. seedlings significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Na2SeO3 can increase the accumulation of nutrient substance and decrease the content of MDA and the rates of membrane leakage of lycium barbarum 1. seedlings, then to increase the antireversion force of lycium barbarum 1. seedlings.
