经皮冠状动脉介入治疗并发症临床分析

目的回顾性分析PCI围手术期的并发症发生情况及处理措施。方法随机抽取695例冠心病患者的围手术期并发症发生情况及临床资料进行分析。结果围手术期共发生并发症49例,发生率7.1%。其中心室纤颤6例,C型以上血管内膜撕裂6例,冠状动脉穿孔2例,无复流6例,支架术后6h急性血栓形成1例,血管迷走反射20例,穿刺部位假性动脉瘤8例。结论PCI围手术期并发症常见,经及时处理多数预后良好。

Clinical analysis of the Complications during perioperation of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To retrospectively analyse the perioperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and the management.Methods Six hundred-nintyfive cases of coronary heart disease patients underwent,The clinical data of perioperative complications were analysed.Results Perioperative complications occurred in 49 cases(7.1%)including 6 ventricular fibrillations,6 vessel dissections,2 coronary perforations,6 no-reflows,1 acute thrombosis,20 vagus nerve reflexs and 8 pseudoaneurysms.Conclusion Perioperative complications of PCI are common,most of which have good results through timely treatment.
