摘    要:目的 为了解末位淘汰制对护士的心理影响,从中总结出其对辅导的需求,以探讨与医院改革发展相适宜的护理管理对策。方法 采用自制调查表,随机抽样调查外科92名护士。按不同年龄段和不同职称收集资料。结果 30岁以下倾正面看法的护士人数明显高于30岁以下护士(P≤0.01);对压力的正面应对,护士高于护师、主管护师(P≤0.01)。结论 护士对末位淘汰制持肯定态度,但不同层次的护士对压力应对压力应对有所不同。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing management countermeasures corresponding to the reform and development of the hospital, and understand the effect of endposition elimination system on the mentality of nurses. Methods Using self-made questionnaire, random sample was performed in 92 nurses of surgery. The data were collected in terms of various ages and different titles of a technical post. Results The nurses less than 30 years old with positive views were much more than those over 30 years old (P< 0.01 ). The ability of the nurses with lower titles response to the stress was stronger than those with higher titles (P<0.01). Conclusions The nurses agreed with the endposition system, but different levels of the nurses showed different responses to the stress.
