| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的价值。方法对临床诊断为肺动脉栓塞的14例病人行彩色多普勒超声心动图和下肢深静脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果彩色多普勒超声心动图示右心房内条索状活动性血栓2例,右肺动脉近端血栓1例,典型右心负荷过重和肺动脉高压12例。下肢深静脉彩色多普勒超声检查示下肢深静脉血栓形成7例。结论彩色多普勒超声是肺动脉栓塞影像学诊断和鉴别诊断的首选手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods Patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed clinically(n=14) received both echocardiography and Doppler exams of the deep veins of lower limb. Results Active thrombi in the right artrium were found in two cases;right pulmonary thrombus in one case;overload of the right heart and pulmonary hypertension in 12 cases.Deep vein thrombi were found in seven cases. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography is the first choice in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. |
