基于平衡计分卡理论的医院文化管理

摘    要:本文借鉴平衡计分卡理论和方法,将医院文化细化为物质文化、精神文化、管理文化、学习文化和文本文化五个层面,并使其与医院战略有机结合。阐述了医院文化与医院战略实现的关系,明确了平衡计分卡与医院文化结合的原则、方式,以及相关指标的选取,最后讨论了平衡计分卡理论应用在医院文化管理中的优点。

Abstract:The author discussed the organic combination between the culture and strategy by defining the concept of hospital culture into five ideas,namely materials culture,sprits culture,management culture,study culture and texture culture.Then the principles,methods and indexes were discussed to combine balanced scorecard with hos- pital culture.At last the merits of implementing balanced scorecard theory into hospital management were analyzed.
