维持性血透患者不同时间采集血标本对血红蛋白测定的影响

目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者测定血红蛋白水平最佳的采血时间。方法 根据患者透析间期体重增长占干体重的百分比,将其分为4组,于透析不同时间抽取血标本进行测定。结果 A、B、两组患者透析前、透析中、透析结束时的血红蛋白水平差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。C组患者透析前、透析中、透析结束时的血红蛋白水平差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。D组患者透析前、透析中、透析结束时的血红蛋白水平差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。四组患者透析中的血红蛋白水平与其相对应的透析间期的血红蛋白水平差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 血透患者体重增长在干体重的3％以内时,测定血红蛋白的标本可在血透的任何时间采取,而血透患者体重增长在干体重的3％以上时,测定血红蛋白的标本应在血透中间采取。且在透析中间采取血标本可替代在透析间期采取。

Effect on the measurement of hemoglobin at different blood sampling time for patients with continuous hemolialysis

Objective To explore the best time of blood sampling for hemoglobin measuring for patients with continuous hemodialysis. Method Patients were divided into four group according to the percentage of weight gain account for the total body weight during the period of hemodialysis. The blood sample was collected and tested at different tome of hemodialysis. Result there is no significant difference on hemoglobin level before, midterm and after hemodialysis in group A and B ( P>0. 05). There is significant difference on hemoglobin level before, midterm and after hemodialysis in group C and D ( P<0. 05). There is no significant difference in hemoglobin level during hemodialysis compared with the related interval of hemidialysis. Conclusion The blood sampling can be collected at any time when the weight gain is less than 3%l of the total body weight. The blood sampling should be collected at the midterm of hemodialysis when the weight gain is more than 3%l of the total body weight, the collected blood sample can replace the sample collected at related interval of hemidialysis.
