| 摘 要： | 目的:建立乙酰螺旋霉素效价测定培养基的改进方法.方法:以麦迪(白)霉素专用培养基中加入适量葡萄糖进行效价测定.结果:与<中国药典>2000年版方法比较,无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:改进法操作方便,结果准确可靠,适用于乙酰螺旋霉素的效价测定.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a improved method for the culture mediun used for the determination of acetylspiramycin titer.Method: Acetylspiramycin titer was determined by suitable glucose were added into the special culture medium of midecamycin. Result: There were no significant differences between this method and Ch.P.(2000) method(P> 0.05). Conclusion: This method is simple,convenient, and accurate, and was suitable for the determination of acetylspiramycin titer. |
