| 摘 要： | 为研究中药复方临床治疗冠心病的用药规律，收集整理近十余年来经临床验证有良好疗效的中药复方357首，建立了治疗冠心病的中药复方数据库。基于中药复方数据库用统计学方法分析了中医治疗冠心病的用药规律，以及对各种典型症状临床治疗中的用药特点。研究表明，在所使用的250种中药中，补虚药和活血化瘀药的使用比例和使用频率最高。这显示在冠心病的临床治疗中，各医家运用了治标止痛与治本补虚并重的治则，扶正与祛邪兼施的治法。

| Abstract: | To study the regularity of compound herbal formulae in treating coronary heart disease, 347 formulae proved to be effective for coronary heart disease were collected and sorted out to establish database. The formulae were statistically analyzed to determine the herbal administration characteristics of different symptoms. Results: Among the 250 herbs, tonifying herbs and blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs were frequently employed. It is indicated that, in previous dynasties, the root and branch aspects are stressed in the treatment of coronary heart disease. |
