| 摘 要： | 医学人文精神是一种坚持以人为本，关爱生命，以人的身心健康的可持续发展为价值理想的伦理观。但因为现代社会充斥着技术主义、功利主义和市场化行为，使得医学教育的人文精神减弱，导致医疗服务中医德失范、医疗行为失序、医患关系失衡。研究了人文精神缺失带来的现代医学问题，探讨了新医改的“人本”特点，并提出了突出人文精神的医学人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | The medical humanistic spirit is an ethical concept which takes people - oriented, life - loving, and a sustainable development of human physical and mental health as its ideal value. However, since the modem society is filled with technological doctrines, utilitarianism and market - oriented behaviors, making the humanistic spirit in medical education weakened, resulting in unethical action of healthcare services, disordered healthcare services, and the imbalance between physicians and patients. This paper studies the question of modem medicine brought about by the loss of humanistic spirit, discusses the ＂humanistic＂ feature of new healthcare reform, and bring forward a medical personnel training mode which stresses humanistic spirit. |
