| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川崎病（KD）患儿血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、D-二聚体的变化,分析其与合并冠状动脉病变（CAD）之间的关系。方法分别采集对照组和KD组患儿治疗前（发病10 d内）的空腹静脉血,采用免疫比浊法和酶联免疫吸附法分别测定血清CRP、D-二聚体水平。结果KD组血清CRP、D-二聚体水平高于健康对照组（P均〈0.01）;CAD组血清CRP、D-二聚体水平高于无冠状动脉病变组（P均〈0.05）;KD组D-二聚体含量与CRP水平呈显著的正相关（r=0.721,P〈0.01）。结论血清CRP、D-二聚体与KD血管损伤发生、发展有着密切关系,并为KD合并CAD的早期诊断提供依据。
