| 摘 要： | 目的研究超声对胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形的诊断价值。方法应用超声诊断胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形并与引产病检或分娩后CT复诊做比较。结栗超声拟诊胎儿先天性肺囊性腺瘤样畸形9例，产后确诊7例，诊断符合率77．8％；误诊2例。结论超声诊断胎儿肺部畸形具有重要价值，是产前诊断的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation. Methods Patients of fetal congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation diagnosed with ultrasound examination,the results of it were compared with those of the lung and the pathological induction of labor or after delivery compared CT referral. Results Seven of nine cases of fetal congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation were correctly diagnosed with ultrasound,accuracy rate was 77.8%; two of nine cases misdiagnosed. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal lung malformations has great value, and which are the preferred method of prenatal diagnosis. |
