奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗脑梗死60例疗效观察

目的　观察奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法　 1 2 0例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组 60例 ,应用奥扎格雷钠注射液1 2 0mg加入 5%葡萄糖注射液 50 0ml静滴 ;对照组 60例应用脉络宁注射液 30ml加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 50 0ml静滴 ,两组均 1次 d,1 4d为一疗程。结果　治疗组总有效率 90 .0 % ,明显高于对照组的 78.3 % (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组用药前后血流变学指标中血液粘度指标均有明显改善。结论　奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗脑梗死疗效确切 ,安全可靠。

The Clinical Effect of Sodium Ozagrel Injection on Cerebral Infarction:A Report of 60 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel on cerebral infarction . Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction divided into two groups. The experiment group were treated with sodium ozagrel (120mg) mixed into 5% glucose injection and the control group treated with Mailuoning (30ml) mixed into 5% glucose injection. One course was 14 days. Results The effective rate in experiment group (90.0%) was higher than control group (78.3%)(P<0.05). The level of blood viscosity was markedly improved. Conclusions Sodium ozagrel was effective and safe for cerebral infraction.
