螺旋CT在脊柱结核的诊断价值与鉴别诊断中的应用分析

目的 探讨提高脊柱结核的CT诊断价值与鉴别诊断.方法 对X线怀疑或已诊断脊柱结核的50例患者进行CT扫描,并分析CT影像表现.结果 49例显示椎体破坏,42例椎旁脓肿,2例病变侵及椎管,41例椎间盘破坏,7例椎体附件破坏.结论 脊柱结核在CT上有着典型的影像学表现,特别是对于估价骨质破坏程度和侵及椎管及椎旁软组织块影的范围更有价值.

CT Diagnosis And Differential Diagnosis Of Spine Tuberculosis

Objective To improve CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of spine tuberculosis. Methods 50 patients with X-ray suspicion or diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis were underwent CT examination ,CT findings were analysed . Results 49 cases showsd evidence of destruction of vertebral bodies ,42 Cases had paravertebral soft tissue masses ,vertebral canals were involved in 2 cases ,41cases had vertebral disc destruction ,7 cases had destruction of vertebral appendages. Conclusion Typical findings were show on CT imaging in spine tuerculosis ,expecially delineating the extent of body destruction ,involvement of the spinal canal and existence of paraspinal soft tissue masses .
