| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效。方法]对89例患者使用中药灌肠治疗(药用红藤、丹参、败酱草、蒲公英、地丁、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术),一般10d为1疗程,休息2天后,继续应用2～3个疗程。结果]:在89例盆腔炎患者中,治愈57例,好转26例,治疗总有效率93.26%,治疗效果显著。结论]中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病,对人体副作用少,安全,避免了抗生素对人体的不良反应,而且花费低,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods]89 patients using traditional Chinese medicine enema(medicinal Sargentgloryvine Stem,salvia,Herba,dandelion,Viola yedoensis,frankincense,myrrh,trigonous,turmeric),general 10d for 1 courses,2 days of rest,continue to use 2 ～ 3 courses.Results]In 89 patients with pelvic inflammation patients,57 cases were cured,26 cases were improved,the total effective rate of treatment 93.26%,treatment effect.Conclusion]Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,adverse effects on the human body,safety,avoids the adverse reactions of antibiotics on the human body,and low cost,is worth the clinical promoted. |
