免疫性血栓症和习惯性流产的标志物—抗血管五糖（VPS）抗体的检测

目的：探讨血栓形成和习惯性流产发病的免疫机理。方法：利用ELISA法测定人血清中的抗－VPS抗体，结果：96例血栓症中，18例抗－VPS抗体阳性（18．8％），34例习惯性流产有16例阳性（47．1％），164例无血栓形成史的自身免疫性疾病及其它疾病仅3例阳性（1．8％）正常人61例均阴性（0％），阳性病例抗－VPS抗体OD值明显高于正常人，18例阳性血栓症中的8例和16例阳性习惯性流产中的14例抗磷脂抗体（aPL)检测阴性。实验室发现，抗磷脂抗体（aPL）阴性而抗－VPS抗体阳性的病例组显示与APTT延长或血小板减少无关，然而，在抗磷脂抗体（aPL)阳性组病例则通常与此相关，结论：抗VPS抗体参与血栓形成和习惯性流产发病过程，可作为此类疾病的标志物而用于临床观察。

Detect on anti-vascular pentasaccharide antibody -a immunological marker of thrombosis and recurrent abortion

Objective:To explore the immunological mechanism in association with thrombosis and recurrent abortion Methods:Developed a simple and sensitive ELISA to detect anti VPS antibodies in human, and studied their prevalence in association with thrombosis and recurrent abortion Results:Anti VPS antibodies were detected in 18 (18 8%)of 96 patients with thrombosis, 16 (47 1%) of 34 with recurrent abortion, and 3 (1 8%) of 164 with no history of thrombotic episodes,all normal subjects were negative The mean value at OD492 in anti VPS positive patients was higher than that of normal subjects significantly 8 of 18 anti VPS positive patients with thrombosis, and 14 of 16 anti VPS positive patients with recurrent abortion showed negative tests for anti phospholipid antibody (aPL) Laboratory finding in the aPL negative but anti VPS positive group revealed no correlation with prolonged APTT or thrombocytopenia which were common in the aPL positive group Conclusion:This findings suggested that anti VPS antibody was related with the pathogenesis of thrombosis and recurrent abortion, and may be regarded as a immunological marker of thrombosis and recurrent abortion
