宫腔镜下输卵管通液术诊治不孕症的研究进展

输卵管梗阻是不孕症的常见原因,传统的检查方法如输卵管通液术、B超下输卵管过氧化氢溶液造影术、子宫输卵管造影等均有一定的局限性。近年来宫腔镜下输卵管通液术在临床上得到广泛开展,其在输卵管性不孕方面兼有诊断和治疗双重作用,有较高的输卵管再通率和妊娠率,是一种安全、简便、并发症少的微创手术。现就宫腔镜下行输卵管通液术诊治不孕症的研究现状予以综述。
