| 摘 要： | 目的：观察双柏水凝胶治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法：选择患者65例,随机分为观察组（33例）和对照组（32例）,分别用双柏水凝胶和呋喃西林外敷患处。结果：两组总有效率和平均愈合天数比较,有极显著性差异和显著性差异（P〈0.001、P〈0.01）。结论：双柏水凝胶治疗压疮使用方便,在疗效和愈合时间上均有明显的优势,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the shuangbai hydrogel on the treatment of pressure sore. Methods：65 cases of patients with pressure sore were divided into observation group （33 cases） and control group （32 cases）,the two groups were applied by shuangbai hydrogel or Nitrofurazone on the affected area respectively. Results：There were significant difference both in the therapeutic effect and cure time between the two groups （P〈0.001,P〈0.01）. Conclusion：It is convenient that using shuangbai hydrogel to treat pressure sore,therapeutic effect and healing time have obvious advantages. This method is worthy promoting. |
