| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT检查对脊椎爆裂性骨折的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对73例脊柱爆裂性骨折患者的CT、平片征象进行回顾性分析。结果73例脊柱爆裂性骨折中二柱受累27例，三柱受累46例，骨性椎管狭窄66例。结论CT能清楚显示脊柱三柱解剖结构、骨性椎管情况及脊髓、神经受压来源，能获取远远多于平片的资料，减少漏诊，提高诊断正确性。对临床高度怀疑有脊柱骨折，尤其是爆裂性骨折的患者应直接行CT扫描，使其常规化。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for blowout fracture of vertebral column. Methods CT and plain films of 73 cases of blowout fracture of vertebral column were analyzed retrospectively. Results Two columns were involved in 27 cases, three columns involved in 46 cases, and narrow spinal canal in 66 cases. Conclusion CT can definitely display the three column structures of vertebral column and vertebral canal as well as the compression of the nerve and spinal cord. CT can display more information than plain film does. In order to avoid missed diagnosis, CT should become a routine method for highly suspected blowout fracture of vertebral column |
