| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将80例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成2组。对照组40例采用内科常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,观察治疗前后临床症状,心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和程度,硝酸甘油用量,心肌耗氧量和血脂、心电图的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88%,对照组总有效率70%,2组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、心肌耗氧量及血脂、心电图均有明显改善(P均0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。
