摘    要:动态观察犬急性代谢性酸中毒动脉血和脑脊液(CSF)酸碱变量,结果发现,pHa和(HCO3)迅速大幅度下降,而CSFpH缓慢下降,且△CSFpH〈△pHa,CSF(HCO^-3)6h仅下降了1.6mmol/L(P〉0.05),Paco2保持正常,而CSFPco2显著升高,说明CSF(HCO^-3)相对稳定是CSFPco2升高的结果,CSFPco2升高的机制可能是在酸中毒时,血液中大量增加的H^+在脑

Abstract:Acid base variables were dynamically observed in the arterial blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of a canine model with acute metabolic acidosis. It was found that when arterial pH and plasma level of bicarbonate ions (HCO - 3) registered a significant drop, CSF HCO - 3 concentration fell only 1.6 mmol/L after 6 h ( P >0.05), CSF P CO 2 increased markedly in spite of the constancy of arterial P CO 2 . The findings indicate that CSF HCO - 3 concentration depends upon CSF P CO 2 . The mechanism of this P CO 2 increase in CSF is based on the fact that accumulated H + in blood flows rapidly against the wall under the action of the brain capillary membrane potential and, buffered by HCO - 3, large amount of CO 2 results and diffuses in to CSF.
