中西医结合治疗急性输尿管结石61例临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性输尿管结石的疗效。方法：122例随机分为治疗组（61例）和对照组（61例）,对照组采用大量补液增加血容量、解除平滑肌痉挛、剧烈运动等总攻疗法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服自拟中药三金排石汤。两组均以五天为一观察周期。观察两组临床疗效,并进行χ2检验。结果：治疗组总有效率（96.72%）高于对照组（83.61%）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性输尿管结石疗效好。

Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Clinical Observation of 61 Cases of Ureteral Calculi
