| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定颠茄磺苄啶片中硫酸阿托品含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，0.8%三乙胺溶液（用磷酸调节pH值至2.9）-乙腈（85∶15）为流动相，检测波长为210nm，柱温为室温。结果：硫酸阿托品在12.56～200.96μg/mL范围内线性关系良好；r=0.9998；平均回收率为96.79%（n=6），RSD为1.4%。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确并且专属性强。

Determination of Atropine in Belladonna Sulfamethoxazole and Trimerhoprim Tablets by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Atropine in Belladonna Sulfamethoxazole and Trimerhoprim Tablets. Methods:The HPLC System consisted of Gemini Phenomenex C18 column, 0.8%triethylamine solution (adjust pH value to 2.9 with phosphoric acid) - acetonitrile (85∶15) as mobile phase, with detection wavelength 210nm. Results:The linear range of atropine was 12.56~200.96μg/mL . The mean recovery was 96.79%(n=6).conclusion:The method is proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and exclusive. |
