| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和分析下颌角部骨折的相关因素.方法本文回顾1987年1月～1999年8月收治的37例下颌角部骨折患者,着重对引起骨折原因进行总结分析.结果本组病例咬(牙合)关系及咀嚼功能均恢复正常,骨折线上第三磨牙对角部骨折有一定的影响.结论打击力的大小、方向和作用部位是下颌骨角部骨折的决定因素,下颌第三磨牙存在和位置可能是角部骨折的危险因素.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore and analyse the relative factors of the mandibular angle fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 37 patients with mandibular angle fracture admitted between Jan 1987 to Aug 1999 were analyzed, which focused on the cause of fracture. Results: Of 37 patients, occlusion and masticatory function was normal. The third molars on the line of fracture had important effect on the mandibular angle fracture.Conclusion: The strength, direction and position of the force were the decisive factors of the mandibular angle fracture. The presence and position of the mandibular third molar may be risk factors for angle fracture. |
