与髋臼置换相关的髋骨解剖学研究

①目的　探讨与髋臼置换手术相关的髋骨解剖结构。②方法　对 1 0 0侧髋骨 (男 5 0侧 ,女 5 0侧 )的耻骨上支、坐骨支、髂骨中轴厚及坐骨支中轴长进行测量 ,计算耻骨上支、坐骨支、髂骨翼的倾斜角及其内偏角、外偏角 ,并进行侧别与性别差异分析。③结果　左右侧耻骨上支厚、坐骨支厚、髂骨厚、坐骨支长及其倾斜角、内偏角、外偏角差异均无显著性 ;男女性别间耻骨上支倾斜角、耻骨上支厚、坐骨支厚、髂骨翼厚及坐骨支长差异有显著性 (t=2 .6 8～ 8.74 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余指标差异无显著性 (t =0 .1 3～ 2 .6 3,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论　耻骨上支、坐骨支、髂骨翼三骨中轴可作为人工髋臼固定点

A STUDY OF ANATOMY ON HIPBONE RELATED TO HIP-JOINT REPLACEMENT

Objective To study the anatomic structure of hipbone related to hip joint replacement. Methods One hundred sides of hipbone( male 50, female 50) were investigated. The items measured included the thickness and length of ramus of ischiums, and so on. The inclination angles, medial angles and lateral angles of superior ramus of pubis, ramus of ischiums and ala of ilium were calculated. The gender differences and side differences were compared. Results No significant side differences were found in terms of above angles measured. There were significant differences between sex in terms of the angles and thickness of superior ramus of pubis, the thickness of ramus of ischiums and ala of ilium as well as the length of ramus of ischiums ( t= 2.68- 8.74,P <0.05),no significant differences were noted in other parameters ( t=0.13-2.63, P >0.05). Conclusion The central axis of the three bones, superior ramus of pubis, ramus of ischiums and ala of ilium, may be used as fixing points of artificial acetabulum.
