| 摘 要： | 本文通过大鼠实验性脑缺血模型检测脑内乳酸含量，研究探讨麦冬多糖对脑缺血损伤的抗缺氧作用结果显示４００ｍｇ／ｋｇ麦冬多糖和２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ麦冬多糖对脑内乳酸含量均有显著降低作用。提示麦冬多糖对实验性脑缺血有抗缺氧保护作用。

| Abstract: | Ophiopogon japonicus is a traditional chinese medicine. Here we studied Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccbaride' s protection against cerebrum ischaemia by determining the content of lactate in cerebrum. The experimental cerebrum ischaemia was induced by ligating bilateral common carotid arteries in rats. The results showed that Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide in the dose of 400mg/kg or 200mg/kg decreased the accumulation of lactate significantly. This study indicates that Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide has protected cerebrum against ischaemia and the effect is good in the dose of 400mg/kg than that in 200 mg/kg. |
