| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝豆状核变性患儿的诊断及康复护理方法。方法分析58例肝豆状核变性患儿的诊断及康复护理情况。结果58例肝豆状核变性患儿院外初次就医时误诊26例,误诊率为44.9%。入院后经过正确的治疗及细致的康复护理,有55例好转出院,3例病情较重的患儿,自动放弃治疗。结论肝豆状核变性临床表现多种多样,应提高对本病的认识。正确的药物及饮食治疗,科学的护理是患儿康复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and rehabilitation and nursing of hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD).Methods To analyse the data of 58 cases with HLD of children.Results There were 26 cases who were misdiagnosed in those patients when they first saw the doctor .The rate of misdiagnosis was 44.9%. 55 cases got through the crises by correct treating and scientific nursing ,but 3 cases had to give up the treatment for their serious disease and for the lack of economy.Conclusion The appearance of HLD is of variety. we should improve the attention about HLD. Correct treatment of drugs and food and scientific nursing are the key of rehabilitation. |
