| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺神门配合耳穴刺激对改善失眠症的临床疗效。方法：将120例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用常规的针刺方法，治疗组在对照组基础上增加耳穴刺激的治疗措施，观察两组患者治疗后睡眠情况、治疗效果。结果：两组患者疗效比较经检验P＜0．01，差异具有显著的统计学意义，且治疗组优于对照组。结论：针刺神门为主穴配合耳穴刺激治疗失眠疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the acupuncture of Shenmen point combined with stimulated auricular points to improve the clinical effect of the treatment on insomnia.Methods：120 cases of patients with insomnia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional acupuncture methods;the treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group com-bined with auricular points,and observe the effect in two groups after treatment on patients＆#39;sleep.Results：As to the curative effect in two groups, upon examination,P＆lt;0.01,the difference had a statistical significance, and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Acupuncturing at Shenmen combined with stimulated auricular points to treat insomnia has a significant effect. |
