拔罐发泡疗法治疗支气管哮喘60例

目的：观察拔罐发泡疗法治疗支气管哮喘的疗效，以及不同病程对疗效的影响。方法：共收集120例患者，其中治疗组60例、对照组60例，治疗组采用拔罐发泡疗法治疗，对照组采用拔罐不发泡治疗。结果：两组组内比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），组间比较两组慢性持续期患者有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组，两组急性发作期患者治疗比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：拔罐发泡疗法对支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者疗效确切，急性发作期及慢性持续期患者均可使用此法治疗。

Cupping with Foam Therapy in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma:Clinical Observation of 60 Cases

Objective：To observe the effect of cupping with foam therapy on bronchial asthma and the impact on the efficacy of different courses. Methods： 120 cases were divided randomly into a treatment group and a con- trol group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated by cupping with foam thera- py. Patients in the control group were treated by cupping without foam therapy. Results： Comparing within the each group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Comparing the two groups of patients in the chronic duration period, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was obvi- ously superior to the control group. Comparing the two groups of patients in the acute exacerbation period, the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Cupping with foam therapy has an exact effect on patients in duration of chronicity of bronchial asthma. Patients both in the acute exacerbation period and the chronic duration period of bronchial asthma can be treated with this method.
