改良坐位拔伸扳法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病30例

目的：评价改良坐位拔伸整复手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组30例，观察组以改良坐位拔伸整复手法治疗，对照组用常规整复手法治疗，治疗10次结束及2个月后随访观察其疗效及复发率。结果：观察组痊愈率及总有效率分别为16．7％和66．7％，对照组分别为10．0％和40．0％，两组疗效比较无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。观察组复发率10.0％（2／20），优于对照组的75．0％（9／12）（P＜0．05）。结论：改良坐位拔伸整复手法临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著，且复发率低。

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Seat-pulling Manipulations on 30 Cases with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficiency of modified seat-pulling manipulations in the treat-ment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were treated by modified seat-pulling manipulations and 30 cases in the control group were by traditional methods.Results：The curative rate and total effect in the treatment group were 16.7%and 66.7% respectively; they were 10.0% and 40.0% in the control group,and there was no significant difference between two groups （ P＆gt;0 .05 ） .The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10 .0%（2/20）and it was less than 75.0%in the control group （9/12） （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：It is quite effective to treat cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type with modified seat-pulling manipulations.
