高原犬胸部枪弹伤对邻近心肌组织结构的改变

目的：探讨高原缺氧下的胸部火器伤邻近心肌组织学和超微结构改变。方法：各选１５只高原杂种犬分为对照组和预防组，致伤后２４ｈ活杀对照观察。结果：高速投射物致伤后对心肌组织产生较明显的远达效应。对照组病理组织学及超微结构损伤严重，但以心血管的组织学改变。

ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF MYOCARDIUM ASSOCIATED WITH FIREARM-WOUND OF CHEST IN DOGS AT HIGH ALTITUDE

To explore the pathological changes of myocardium of dogs associated with firearm-wound of chest under condition of high altitude hypoxia.Methods:Animals were divided into 15 cases each control group and theropeutic group,and the structure of myocardium of them were examined by microscopy after 24 hr trauma resulted in bullet wound.Results:The ultrastructure of myocardium of dogs had an more obvious damage,especially on capillary,and interstial edema in myocardium in comparison to the theropeutic group.Conclusions:The damage of myocardium could be induced by firearm-wound of chest resulted in bullet at high altitude.And early attention and treatment are useful in clinical practice.$$$$
