| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察老年人冠心病小血管病变经皮冠状动脉脉介入治疗（PCI）术后的临床疗效。方法: 进行小血管介入治疗的老年冠心病患者297例。入选标准:年龄≥60岁，小血管定义为直径<3.0 mm。所有患者采用标准植入技术植入雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架。术前、术后均正规使用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、低分子肝素等药物。结果: PCI术中均未发生严重并发症，术后6个月随访主要心血管不良事件（MACE）发生7例（2.4%）。术后12个月随访MACE发生9例（3.0%）。术后18个月随访MACE发生9例（3.0%）。结论: 老年人冠心病小血管病变介入治疗仍然能够获得满意的远期疗效。
