马鞍山市中学生心理健康调查与分析

目的 :了解马鞍山市中学生心理状况 ,为学校健康教育和心理咨询提出合理建议。方法 :采用SCL- 90表中 9个项目的 6 6个问题 ,对马鞍山市 70 1名学生进行调查 ,并分别与全国常模组和安徽省组进行比较。结果 :(1)调查组 9个项目的均分在 1.41～ 1.84之间 ,有轻度及轻度以上心理问题者达 6 .85～ 2 6 .5 3 % ,有中度及中度以上心理问题者达 0 .86～ 3.0 0 % ;(2 ) 9个项目均高于全国常模 (中国正常人生活事件评定常模 ) ,有统计学差异 ;(3) 9个项目除抑郁外均低于安徽省调查结果 ,有统计学差异。结论 :马鞍山市中学生心理状况好于安徽省调查结果 ,但高于全国常模 ,提示应对马鞍山市中学生加强心理健康教育。

An Investigation on Psychological Health Status of Middle School Students in Maanshan City

In order to understand mental health status of middle school students in Maanshan city and offer rational proposals for health education and psychological consultation, 701 students at middle schools in Maanshan city were surveyed using 9 items including 66 questions of SCL-90. The results showed that the average scores of 9 items were between 1.43-1.84. 6.85%-26.53% students had slight psychological problems and 0.86%-3.00% students had moderate psychological problems. The surveyed students had higher scores in items as compared with that made in nationwide. The scores in 9 items were lower than that made in Anhui province except depression. The results indicated that psychological health status of middle school students in Maanshan city was better than the results made in Anhui province and poorer than that made in nationwide. Thus, psychological health education should be intensified in middle school students in Maanshan city.
