2种药物治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果比较

目的:比较米非司酮与去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法:将74例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为2组,其中米非司酮组39例,去氧孕烯炔雌醇组35例。结果:患者治疗期间,月经周期恢复正常,经量减少,血清雌二醇、孕酮均明显下降,2组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);而米非司酮组闭经的发生率和子宫内膜萎缩程度明显高于去氧孕烯炔雌醇组(P<0.05)。结论:2种药物用于治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果肯定。但米非司酮适合于接近绝经期患者使用,而去氧孕烯炔雌醇更适合于围绝经期初始阶段患者应用。

Mifepristone vs.Desogestrel-ethinylestradiol for Patients with Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding:Comparison of Curative Effects

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical effects of mifepristone versus desogestrel- ethinylestradiol in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. METHODS： Seventy- four patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups： 39 were assigned to receive mifepristone and 35 to receive desogestrel- ethinylestradiol. RESULTS： After treatment, normal menstrual cycles restored, amount of blood loss reduced, E2 and progesterone levels decreased in both group, showing no significant differences between two groups （P 〉0.05）. However, incidence of amenorrhea and degree of endometrium atrophy were higher in patients treated with mifepristone than in those with esogestrel- ethinylestradiol（P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION： Oral mifepristone or desogestrel- ethinylestradiol is efficient and feasible for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. However, mifepristone is suitable for patients approaching menopausal period, while desogestrel - ethinylestradiol is preferable for patients in the initial perimenopausal period.
