| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻中隔尾端偏曲的手术方法及其疗效观察。方法回顾性分析48例鼻中隔尾端偏曲患者,全部行鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下成形术,其中44例采用鼻中隔尾侧半穿透切口,4例采用鼻小柱倒＂V＂形切口。结果术后随访1～20个月,48例中,治愈45例,好转3例。结论鼻中隔尾端偏曲采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔尾侧半穿透切口黏膜下成形术,操作方便、疗效佳,可作为首选切口。
