| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉造影特点。方法166例心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者和223例心肌梗死不合并糖尿病患者的冠脉造影结果进行对比分析。结果两组患者比较,糖尿病患者高血压发病率明显增高(P<0.05),糖尿病组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数明显高于非糖尿病组(P<0.05)。心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者较多发生多支病变,弥漫性病变(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变复杂严重。

| Abstract: | Objective To study angiography characteristics of myocardial infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods A total of 389 cases confirmed by coronary angiography were divided into two groups according to the status if they had combined with DM(166 patients) or not(223 patients). Results The DM patients suffered more from hypertension than without DM patients(P<0.05).The DM patients had more higher serum cholesterol,triglycerides,BMI than without DM patients(P<0.05).The DM patients suffered more from multi-vessel lesions and diffuse lesions(P<0.05). Conclusions Diffuse and complicated lesions of coronary arteries were more common in patients with myocardial infarction complicatel with type 2 DM. |
