| 摘 要： | 原发性高血压２２例（男性１６例，女性６例，年龄５４±ｓ８ａ）用特拉唑嗪２－４ｍｇ／次，每天１次顿服，共治疗１ａ。以超声心动因观察对左心室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）逆转的影响。结果：左室心肌重量指数从１４０±２１ｇ／ｍ２下降至１１０±１６ｇ／ｍ２（ｐ＜０．０１）。ＬＶＨ逆转率为７３％。年龄、高血压病程及治疗前收缩压是影响ＬＶＨ逆转的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Essential hypertension in 22 patients(M 16,F6:age 54±s8 a)were treated with terazosin 2-4 mg/d,one year as a course.The results showed left ventricular mass index(LVMI)reduced from 140±21to 110±16 g/m2(P<0.01).The response rate were 73%.The age and the duration of hypertension and systolic blood pressure were formed to be important factors that effect the regression of left ventricular hypertrophy. |
