肺静脉与心房颤动关系研究进展

摘    要:肺静脉在心房颤动发生和维持中的作用已被人们所认识。随着细胞电生理和分子生物学技术的发展,使得人们能够对此进行不断深入的研究。本文就肺静脉的胚胎来源和组织解剖特点、电生理学特性、离子流及其通道的分子生物学以及心房颤动引起肺静脉的电重构、离子流变化的研究及它们的相关性作一综述。

Abstract:It has been known that pulmonary veins(PVs) contribute to the initiation and maintenance of atrial fibrillation(AF).With the development of cellular electrophysiology and molecular biology,researchists can investigate deeply about it.This article reviews the pulmonary vein about its embryonic origination and anatomic and histological feature,electrophysiologic characteristic,ion current and its molecular substructure of ion channels in PVs and electrical remodeling as well as changes of ion current result from AF and their correlation.
