摘    要:目的 探讨活力胶囊的薄层定性方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对制剂中人参、黄芪、破壁灵芝孢子粉及黑蚂蚁进行定性分析。结果 TLC法分离效果好,制剂中被测成分色谱分别在与对照品色谱对应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。结论 TLC法专属性强、快速、简便、重现性好,可作为制剂质量控制的一种有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To discuss a method for determining the nature of Huoli capsule.Methods Ginseng,Astragalas membranaceas,Ganoderma lucidum karst spores and black ant were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC)method.Results The separative effect was good.The determined components showed as color fleck as control sample.Conclusion The method is exclusive,rapid,simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Huoli capsule in production.
