铅作业对男工生殖功能的影响

摘    要:为评价铅的生殖毒性,本文研究了铅接触对男工生殖功能的影响。结果表明,铅接触男工的生殖、神经和消化系统的症状积分明显高于对照组(P<0.005)。接触高铅尘浓度作业的工人,尽管生殖和消化系统症状积分与低铅尘浓度作业工人比较未见明显差异,但是,神经系统症状积分和ZPP水平明显高于后者(P<0.001,P<0.05),而尿睾丸酮水平则显著降低(P<0.05)。此外,铅吸收工人经驱铅治疗后,精子顶体酶活力明显升高(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析表明,生殖系统症状积分与接触工龄、神经症状积分和ZPP水平明显相关(P<0.001)。这些结果提示,男工接触铅后可影响其生殖功能。

Abstract:Effects of lead exposure on the reproductive function of workmen were investigated. The results showed that the symptomatic scores in the reproductive, nervous and digestive systems of the exposed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.005).The nervous symptom score and blood zinc protoporphyrine (ZPP) level in workers exposed to high concentration lead were higher than those in the workers exposed to low concentration lead (p<0.001 or p <0.05),and the urine testosteron level was lower in contrast with the group exposed to low lead (p<0.005). In addition, the sperm acrosome activity of workers with increased lead absorption was remarkably increased (p<0.01) after chelating therapy. Multiple stepwise regressive analyses showed that the reproductive symptomatic score was remarkably correlated with years of exposure , nervous symptom and ZPP level (p<0.001). These results suggested that lead exposure might affect the male reproductive function.
