应用Astograph法测定458例气道反应性临床分析及探讨

采用吸入乙酰甲胆碱对支气管哮喘、变应性鼻炎、慢性咽炎、慢性荨麻疹及正常个体共458例进行了非特异性气道反应性测定。根据剂量——反应曲线分析了气道的敏感性及反应性。结果表明在缓解期的支气管哮喘患者中91.96％气道反应性增高。此外,60％以上的变应性鼻炎、慢性咽炎病人有发展为支气管哮喘的倾向,少数慢性荨麻疹的病人也发生气道高反应性,有发展为支气管哮喘的可能。本文通过458例的临床分析,对应用Astograph法评价气道高反应性的标准进行了探讨。

The Clinical Analysis of Airway Respon-Siveness in 458 Cases by Astograph and Explore on Airway Hyperresponse.

A nonspecific airway provocation test by methacholine inhalation was introduced in 458 cases consisting of bronchial asthme,allergic rhinitis.chronic pharyngitis,chronic urticaria and normal subjects. Depending on the writing dose-response curve,every parameters by means of the sensitivity and reactivity of airway were calculated and analysed. The results showed that the airway hyperresponsiveness occured over 90% patients in ermission stage of asthma,at least 60 percent of the perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic pharyngitis patients have tendency to develop asthma,in addi-tion,smaller part of chronic urticaria also probably changed asthma. This investigation suggests that these diseases can affect air-way responsiveness by both allergic and nonallergic factors. The evaluation standards of airway hyperresponsivenss with astograph method were explored and discussed in this paper
