摘    要:目的 研究光动力治疗(PDT)对胰腺癌的治疗效果,为胰腺癌寻找有效的治疗手段。方法 接种人胰腺癌细胞SW1990于裸小鼠皮下,建立移植癌模型,以血卟淋衍生物(HpD)作为光敏剂,采用腹腔和瘤内局部注射两种不同方式给药,继以波长632.8nm的He-Ne激光照射肿瘤局部,观察光动力治疗后肿瘤的生长速度和组织形态学变化,并测定了肿瘤组织内脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,对其治疗机制进行了初步探讨

Experimental study on photodynamic therapy of pancreatic cancer in a nude mice model
Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on pancreatic cancer. Methods The animal model of carrying human pancreatic cancer was developed by injecting human pancreatic cancer cells SW1990 into the dorsum of nude mice. The photosensitizer hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD) was given by two different ways: the intraperitoneal injection and the intratumoral injection. After injection 632 8 nm He Ne laser was used to irradiate the tumor. The tumor volume and weight were measured, and its morphologic changes were studied. In addition, the level of MDA in different groups was analysed to investigate the mechanism of PDT. Results The tumor growth rate was significantly reduced after PDT, and between the two treatment groups the growth rate was slower in the intratumoral injection group than in the intraperitoneal injection one. The level of MDA in the PDT groups was higher than that of the controls. Conclusions PDT could induce injury to pancreatic cancer, and in comparison with the intraperitoneal injection route, the intratumoral injection is more effective. This result may provide a new approach to the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
