神经阻滞治疗对老年带状疱疹预后及其T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨神经阻滞治疗对老年带状疱疹患者的临床疗效及其对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法两组病例入院后进行VAS评分并查T淋巴细胞亚群,经4次神经阻滞治疗之后,再次对患者进行VAS评分并查T淋巴细胞亚群。结果经神经阻滞治疗后,实验组患者VAS评分明显下降（P〈0.01）,治疗前实验组与对照组相比,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,CD3＋/DR-明显较少（P〈0.05）。治疗后实验组与对照组相比CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋明显减少（P〈0.05）,CD8＋明显增多（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗前后比较CD4＋明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论带状疱疹老年患者T淋巴细胞亚群免疫功能明显下降,神经阻滞治疗对老年带状疱疹患者效果显著,对提高患者T淋巴细胞亚群功能无明显作用。

Clinical Study on Elder Herpes Zoster and T- lymphocyte Subsets Treated with Neural Blockade

Objective To observe the effects of neural blockade on the elder herpes zoster（HZ） and T-lymphocyte subsets.Methods All the patients were treated with nerve block,the pain were evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS） and T-lymphocyte subsets was determined before treatment and after 4 treatments.Results After treatment,all the score of VAS decreased significantly comparing with that before treatment（P0.01）.CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、 CD3＋/ DR-of experimental group were significant lower than that of control groups（P0.05）.compared with the control group,CD4＋ 、CD4＋/CD8＋were decreased and CD8＋ was increased after treatment（P 0.05）.CD4＋ was significantly reduced after treatment in the experimental group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The T-lymphocyte subsets immune function of the elder HZ patient is lower than other patients in the same age;neural blockade is effective on HZ,but no significant influence on T-lymphocyte subsets immune function.
