放疗在肺癌骨转移止痛治疗中的作用及对生活质量的改善

目的观察放疗对肺癌骨转移的止痛疗效及其对患者生活质量改善情况。方法在本研究中,共有52例患者入组,我们评估了放疗后患者骨转移疼痛的缓解情况,并记录了止痛起效时间,同时我们用生活质量量表EORTC QLQ-C30（V3.0）中文版对其中49例患者治疗前后的生活质量进行了评估。结果全组52例患者中放疗后疼痛缓解率为84.6%,止痛起效时间2～14d。在疼痛缓解的同时,大多数患者的生活质量（包括失眠、疼痛、躯体功能）得到了改善。结论放疗是肺癌骨转移的主要治疗方法,起效快,效果好,并能改善患者生活质量。

Radiotherapy in Bone Mmetastasis of Lung Cancer Pain Treatment and Improving the Quality of Life

Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy and improvement of quality of life（QOL） for the lung cancer patients with painful bone metastases.Methods 52 lung cancer patients with painful bone metastases were enrolled.In this study,we estimated the efficacy of radiotherapy in patients with painful bone metastases from lung cancer.In addition,the length of pain onset time were evaluated.Simultaneously,we assessed QOL in 49 patients,using EORTC QLQ-C30（Chinese version 3.0）.Results Pain relief rate was 84.6% after radiotherapy.The length of pain onset time waved from 2 to 14 days.As pain relieved,the QOL of most patients improved,which included somnolence、pain and physical function.Conclusion Radiotherapy is effective for the lung cancer patients with painful bone metastases and improve quality of life of these patients.
