| 摘 要： | 目的建立五柏参洗液中苦参碱含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 6.8,v/v=20∶75),进样量为10μL,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温:30℃。结果苦参碱检测浓度在27.00~135.00mg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为98.28%,RSD=1.85%(n=9)。结论本方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于五柏参洗液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Wubaishen lotion.Methods HPLC method was used for the content determination.Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer（PH 6.8,V/V=25∶75）at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The injection volume was 10μL.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Matrine showed a good linear relationship within the range of 27.00-135.00mg/mL（r=0.999 5）and the average recoveries were 98.28%,RSD=1.85%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the content determination of matrine and the quality control of Wubaishen lotion. |
