心脏介入术并发症的探讨分析

目的探讨心脏介入术并发症并进行分析。方法 2007年2月至2012年2月我院开展的心脏介入手术2032例了解心脏介入术中并发症发生率,并发症种类及构成比。结果 2032例心脏介入手术发生并发症65例,并发症发生率3.20%,并发症包括出血血肿、拔管综合征、血管内膜损伤、血栓形成或栓塞、严重心律失常、心包填塞等。结论心脏介入术并发症与术中操作有直接关系,但术前进行全面的检查发现隐患,积极控制避免发生并发症,并制定详细的救治预案,准备好各种抢救物品,尽量避免并发症发生,对发生并发症能够正确、及时处理,避免发生恶性事件。

Analysis of Cardiac Intervention Complication

Objective To investigate and analyze the complications of cardiac catheterization.Methods from 2007 February-2012 year in February in our hospital 2032 cases of cardiac intervention operation understanding of cardiac interventional complication rate,complications and constituent ratio.Results 2032 cases of cardiac intervention operation complications occurred in 65 patients,3.20% complication rate,complications include hemorrhage and hematoma,extubation syndrome,vascular intimal injury,thrombosis or embolism,severe arrhythmias,pericardial tamponade.Conclusion Interventional cardiac complication and operation directly,but preoperative to conduct a comprehensive inspection found problems,active control to avoid the occurrence of complications,and to develop a detailed treatment plan,prepare various rescue articles,avoid complications,on the occurrence of complications can correctly,timely treatment,to avoid the occurrence of malignant events.
