"肝者罢极之本"考义及新解

前人曾对“肝者,罢极之本”中的“罢极”二字作出了很多的阐述,然而至今还没有定论。在思考前人这些阐述的基础上,参考“罢极”二字的本意,尊重《内经》中“敷和”的说法,通过对《素问.六节藏象论》中“五本”含义的比较分析,结合肝的主要生理功能和“疏泄”二字的局限,提出“罢极之本”应作“敷和之本”的新解。

The New Interpretation of "The Liver is the Base of BaJi"

The predecessors have given many explanations of "the liver is the base of baji".However,the different understands about it are still discussed up to present.On the basis of thinking the previous explanations,this paper consults the meaning of the term baji and respects the statement of "fuhe" in Internal Canon of Medicine.Compared with the connotations of "five bases" in the book Plain Question in combination of the physiological function of liver and the limitation of the statement of "shuxie",it is pointed out that the statement should be interpreted as "the liver is the base of fuhe".
