福州市郊区儿童生长发育与营养状况调查

目的了解对福州郊区幼儿园1991－1998年4－6岁儿童的生长发育状况。方法用WHO推荐的标准逐人评定生长发育状况,并对评价结果进行了统计分析。结果从1991年至1998年营养过剩患病率呈上升趋势;营养低下患病率和生长迟缓患病率呈下降趋势。结论这8年来营养缺乏的状况有所改善,但营养过度患病率却增加。建议加强儿童健康知识的宣传与教育,加强幼儿园的营养与膳食管理。
