脑电图和颅脑CT对局限性癫痫的诊断价值

分析了123例局限性癫痫的脑电图(EEG)和CT检查结果,EEG异常率明显高于CT异常率(P<0.05);癫痫波检出率明显高于慢波检出率(P<0.05);局限性异常明显高于广泛性改变(P<0.05).检出率与年龄、病程和发作类型有关,而与性别、发病年龄及发作频率无关.CT,EEG及临床发作形式三者的定位符合率较高.提示EEG对局限性癫痫的定位诊断率较高,可作为一项常规的筛选性检查.

CLINICAL VALUES OF EEG AND CEREBRAL CT SCANNING IN EPILEPTIC PATIENTS

Analyzing the results of EEG and CT scanning from 123 patients with localized epilepsy and comparing them with some clinical features, we found that the abnormality rate of the EEG was significantly higher than that of CT scanning; that the positivity rate of the epileptic wave was higher than that of the slow wave; and that focal abnormal changes were higher than diffused abnormal changed (P<0.05). The GT abnormality rate and epileptic positivity rate were correlates with age, duration and seizure type but not with sex, age of onset and seizure frequency. There was a higher agreement in locative diagnosis among the EEG, CT and clinical siezure type, which indicates that EEG could be an effective routine method for screening locative diagnosis.
