摘    要:课堂教学是实现人才培养目标的主要环节,因而也是教学评价的核心。而科学合理的课堂教学评价,既是教师发展的目标导向,也是教师发展的助推器。在课堂教学质量评价体系构建中运用精细化管理理念,以精心的态度、精细的过程,可以指导并促进指标体系的自我完善和优化,最终发挥指标体系的最大效能,实现教学精品的产生。

Abstract:Classroom teaching is not only the goal of achieving a major part of personnel training,but also the core of teaching evaluation.The scientific and reasonable evaluation of classroom teaching is the goal-oriented of teacher development and the boosters of teacher development.Teaching Quality in the Evaluation of the use of delicacy management construction,the delicacy attitude,meticulous process that can guide and promote the index system of self-improvement and optimization of the final play to the best performance indicator system.Finally it promote to achieve the production of teaching excellent.
